Insurance
We are in-network with most Anthem/BCBS plans and most United Healthcare products/plans. You will need to check with your specific plan and carrier to see if we are provider and if there is chiropractic coverage. On a limited basis, we accept auto accident and personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. We also accept most health insurance plans for out-of-network billing, including Medicare, which means patients pay upfront and their plan reimburses them (if reimbursement applies).
No Insurance
Our goal at Complete Chiropractic of Union is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we are a participating provider for ChiroHealthUSA. The program provides discounts on many of your chiropractic expenses. The program may be used by you and members of your immediate family. While this program is not insurance, it may be used to cover expenses not covered by a major medical health insurance policy.
Payment is required at time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. You may use your HSA or FSA card for chiropractic care.
